ITIL Lifecycle Bootcamp


The ITIL Service Strategy, Service Design boot-camp provides a fast, cost-effective way of attaining two of the service management lifecycle qualifications within the space of five days

Each course is delivered over two and a half days, and is examined on the final day of instruction (mid-week for Service Strategy, and on the last afternoon for Service Design).

Service Strategy provides a complete overview of service strategy. You will learn how to design, develop, and implement service management, including conducting strategic assessments and managing service portfolios.

Service Design gives candidates the competencies in the management, application and control of all Service Design activities. You will learn about policy, planning and implementation as well as understand the challenges, critical success factors and associated risks.
